A comment on uhaul in general. Seems to be a lot of paperwork and license review and pictures taken to rent a trailer even though my information was all in the system from years ago. I'd be a happier customer if you could speed this up for repeat customers.

MICHAEL ARented for 2 days(Friday and Saturday)and then asked if I could come get it Thursday evening and they said yes. So that’s what I did. Friday comes around and it almost noon and we are fully loaded with u-haul and taking our first trip over and I get a call from someone at u-haul asking where I’m at because I’m supposed to have it back to them at noon and they got another customer waiting to pick this one up. I was like what do you mean I rented this for 2 days and being that it’s Friday now that’s only one day and you’re already calling me asking for it back. Long story short whoever rented it to me messed up and then on top of all of this I asked in that phone call if I’m going to get charged anymore money and they said no. Then Monday came around and would you look at that the charged me another 181 dollars on top of the 285 dollars I already paid when we first got it so a grand total of 466 dollars. I am beyond unhappy with u-haul and will never use them again and will never recommend to anyone

BILL DDon’t change the drop off location. This is U hauls fault not locations fault.

GARY WThe inside if the truck had literal dirt in it and had to be cleaned out. Then the rear, passenger side caliper is sticking and has been sticking for so lung the entire rim is coated in brake dust.

Darin MThe truck had very sloppy steering and after filing up with gas it wouldn't start. We had to have someone from the shop come and get it started. The staff was very pleasant however it did not make up for the problems. It also was expensive.

Jason MCheck engine light was on and they didn't have the 20ft truck I reserved so I had to use a 15ft which made me have to make two trips and increase the mileage. I went over the mileage by 1.7 miles and they charged me for that. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

DWIGHT EI rented 2 different types of Dollie’s. Neither were in the truck when I arrived and since it was after hours I had no access to anyone to get them. We had also had snow and freezing temperatures the day before I picked up my rental. When I arrived it was dark and the truck was covered in snow. I had to find something hard in my car to break ice off of the back latch in order to even open the back door of the truck. They knew the truck was reserved and could’ve made the effort to ensure that the U-Haul was at least brushed off and unfrozen. Overall disappointed for this time around. Last time I rented I had zero problems, hence the average rating.

KELLY LWe requested a dolly, a furniture dolly and a dozen blankets. None of this was supplied. The business was closed on our pickup time so we were left without these important supplies during our move. The truck was I. Good shape though.

KELLY LThere were issues with bad tires which required a return trip but the staff corrected the 2 bad tires quickly. Drove 9 hours the next day with no problems.
