First of all, I rented the trailers 2 weeks before my move date to make sure they would be available. 2 days before my move date I got a call from Uhaul saying the equipment was not going to be available on the requested date and time ( I rented 2 trailers). 1 was going to be ready the original day, but instead of 9am which was what I requested, it wasn't going to be ready till 4pm. The 2nd trailer wasn't even going to be available till the following day, and at a totally different location 45 minutes away. Ended up having to drive 45 mn away for one, and over an hour for the other the same day to pick up both trailers to make my move date. Then when I picked one of them up, it was supposed to include 2 dozen moving blankets, which the location said they did not have, so I had to do without them. I dont understand why it lets you rent a trailer without knowing if they are even going to be available that day, there needs to be a better system in place for these types of things.

The location is in the middle of nowhere. People were nice enough, but frankly to switch me to a location nearly an hour away from where I rented was really upsetting. I needed the trailer for a move so I went through with it but to get a call the day before and be told I had to drive almost two hours round trip to pick it up is bad business. I would have sought out a different provider had I know this surprise would be dumped on me.

Matt RI have rented at Newcomb Warehouse twice now. Both times I called there in the afternoon the day before my rental and spoke to Nicole. Both times as soon as I told her who I was she recited my order back to me and confirmed details asuring me equipment was already set up and waiting for me to pick up the next day. My equiment was ready both times and check out process very smooth in office. Good service on vehicle hook up process. It is great to deal with people that care about customer details. U Haul is Good and Newcomb Warehouse makes it better.

BRIANNA RHad to drive an hour to get to the location in order to get the trailer size that I had reserved almost a week in advance. The location where I reserved the trailer was .25 miles from my house and had 4 trailers of the size requested on the day of pickup.
