Jennifer WI don’t have comments for “improvements” My comments are to just say that the truck was so nice and clean and the people in charge of renting out the truck were both so nice and helpful with my questions/concerns and responded very quickly with additional questions I had after the rental. I will recommend this place to anyone in need of a UHAUL service.

Nick JRussell Newman provided exceptional service. He texted me upon my arrival in my destination city. Made arrangements to meet me on Labor Day Weekend. Personally checked me in upon arrival. Very nice experience. Shared mechanical issues with him about the truck.

Scott PI scheduled the truck 6 months in advance because it is a 4 hour drive. Just as we arrived, I got a text saying there were no 20 ft trucks at my requested location and they were changing oick up to Oconomowoc which is an hour long drive. I could not get ahold of anyone, so my son called in morning and was upgraded to a 26ft truck. Because of the size, we were unable to get the truck up my driveway, so had to call a tow truck and then had to take the items to another storage unit which took us over in miles. This is not the first time you have changed pick up locations on us last minute. I would like the $216 back that I had to pay for a tow. This is rediculious.
Chad CI called the owner who didn't return my call. As it was raining and heavy cloud cover, my phone app wouldn't work to do the check in for return.

Adam MWe needed the 15 ft truck but ended up w/20’. Mr. Newman apologized & said we would pay same as 15’ charge. That didn’t happen u-haul charged us more. Mr. Newman is great to work with. I would recommend him anytime u needed to rent a truck

Crystal BThe night before the move, I was notified the size truck I had ordered a month before was not available in the area. So I had to take a smaller truck and make multiple trips. Resulting in lose of time and incurring additional cost. I rate the service as poor. Had I been given more notice I might have been able to make other arrangements.

Alan HNothing. Mr. Newman was extremely helpful, the location is easy to find and accessible. This is the third time renting from U Haul and each time was with a different location but the next time I am in need of a truck rental, I will specifically search for this location even if there is an added cost for drop off or pick up.

John PNo one was there when we came to pick up the rental. We were given a phone number to call and the man told us to pick one of two trailers on his lot. We were upgraded from a 5'X8' to a 6'X12' and the tongue was very heavy with no tongue jack. It was all my wife and I could do to get the trailer coupler on my hitch. We should never have been promised a certain size trailer and then told it was not available and someone should have been there at the pickup to help assist us.
Bruce KI rented a dolly with the truck and did not receive it. Called customer service and they told me it would be taken off bill. I was still charged for it. I disputed charges and it still wasnt taken off. I was very irritated I didnt get dolly because i rented/reserved it for a reason and then I get charged for it on top of it?!?

David SI arranged, through U-Haul, to have the cube packed by a mover, that was recommended, hired, and paid through the U-Haul website. He went to the Elkhorn location, instead of Lake Geneva; therefore there was no box reserved for me. Somehow you allowed them to pick up a box with no reservation. Then they returned the box packed full of my furniture to Elkhorn, where there was no reservation. Therefore YOU CANCELLED MY RESERVATION!! Leaving no record that my belongings were in your possession. Worse yet, cancelling the reservation also cancelled the insurance I purchased, so I would not have been able to file a claim. When I became aware of this (via the cancellation email), I called in and the person on the phone could not have been less interested in helping me. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I got nowhere. Only when I involved the local Milwaukee TV station, did I get a response. After threatening to file charges of theft and Fox 6 stating they would air the complaint, did someone call and offer to help. My credit card was charged and (maybe) refunded, then new charges were put on my wife's card, but they were more than agreed to. Then they were refunded and new charges appeared. I now have a lot of work to do to audit multiple charges and refunds on multiple cards. Once the box was located, it was shipped down here and the Lewisville, TX location did deliver as promised and with good service. However, overall it was nearly a week late, and worried us terribly. This was my mother's dining room set. She has passed away, and my father wanted us to have it. We have other things to remember her by, but this was a big one and it was nearly lost. No apology was given.

Advertise this Facility so the Neighborhood can benefit from superb Customer Service and Friendly, knowledgeable Staff. Being a Senior Citizen I was reminder how Good Helpful Service really is. I started out this venture with Budget Rental and ended up with UHaul again.

Mark SThe on-line reservation system needs improvement. It doesn't allow you to go back and make changes after starting a reservation. For that reason, I was incorrectly assigned two rentals. There was no one present at the pickup site, just the truck with the keys in it. I spoke with the owner on the phone. He charged me much more than the on-line price. I had to call and request a refund after I returned the truck. The person on the help line was very helpful.
Timmy HYou computer system the dealer used is totally screwed up. After filling out all the information the system locked up and he had to complete the transaction via his help desk. When I saw the contract it charged me for a truck instead of a 5x8 trailer. I contacted UHaul to fix that but when the final receipt arrived it was for $178 instead of $153 (there was a $25 discount for dropping the trailer in Vineland, NJ instead of Millville, NJ). Even after the help agent said he would apply the discount to correct the bill I was still charged the $178. You guys absolutely need to fix your computer system issues.
Bill PIt was disappointing that we could not get the uhaul size we reserved ahead of time. If that was the case, could we have not been notified earlier so we could make other arrangements with another uhaul provider? Also, when I went to pick up the trailer, I were told it was "over there" and had to back it up and hook it up on my own. Didn't know if the lights even worked until I got home and a family member could check.
Tom RNo one available when picking up or dropping off trailer. Suggest you reduce the number of outlets as there are only a few which provide quality service.
