I don't know what happened to the days when the people you were renting from walked all around the truck with you, went over all the features, all the dents & dings? No one went over the mileage limit. Just told me to return it with the same amount of gas. Good luck! Locations for pick-up/drop off are getting limited so you have to drive 20-30 mins out of the way to pick-up/drop off which adds to your mileage. Other than that, no issues with the truck.Tina C.

This was the worst U-Haul rental experience I've ever had. The pickup using the app went fine but the return process was a nightmare. The app refused to upload a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge which prevented me from being able to turn in the truck on time. I had to call customer service which took an hour to have a call returned. This isn't the locations fault. The quality of the app needs to be improved. Very frustrating.Justin R.

The customer service rep, Sue, was extremely rude because I was a half hour early to pick up the van. It was an honest mistake because a friend reserved the van for 1:30, but told me to pick it up for 1 pm. She was struggling with the computer system and clearly has been in her job way too long. I would never return to this location. She should never treat a customer the way she did on Saturday, 7/10. I bit my tongue throughout the process because I feared if I confronted her attitude she would not let me rent the van or add a mysterious charge to my rental. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and she should be spoken to by corporate. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has experienced this woman's abrasive personality. Will never return. Someone should be available on sundays for phone customer service at the location. I was not able to use the electronic sign in and had real issues. Then I was charged because when I dropped it off no one was there and I still couldn't use the site.Tristin R.

I would recommend putting up some signage to make it look like an actual u-haul site. Sweeping the lot and painting lines for parking spots would also help it look professional and attended to.Brad R.

I had scheduled my pickup for 8:30 AM. At 8 AM, the people I was buying furniture from called me to say we would have to push back the time I was picking up stuff. So, I didn't rush to pick up the truck and got there maybe 45 minutes later and couldn't pick up the truck contact-less because there was no "pickup my truck" button on the reservation. Luckily, the UHAUL office was open and they fixed it, which was evidently due to my not picking my truck up on time. I've been a customer for 25 years and never have I heard that you have to arrive right on the dot or your truck reservation is null and void. The woman at the counter was a bit hostile about it.HEATHER R.

Just charge the price that it cost instead of pretending you can rent a vehicle for $19.95. You know you can't because you add mileage and other fees with it. It's actually $50+.Cindy Q.

While doing remote pick up early in the morning it would've been helpful to know that I needed somebody ready to be contacted as an alternative contact. My help wasnt planning on arriving for a few hours and my manager was not in yet.Christian P.
Your website interface definitely needs some streamlining. I had to give up and call the location manager for help checking out the van because instructions on the site are not clear, misleading, and in some cases, redundant. At the very end, the entire data entry had to be junked because my password did not work. There has to be a better workflow.CHARLES D J.

Floor of truck was dirty in driver's and cargo areas. No sun visor on driver's side. Check-In and return processes on app take too long and cut into rental time. Check-In process is not well enough described on website.Douglas M.

All of the processing was done through an app and we had difficulty. The location was not helpful and just sent us to national. No where in the instructions did we see that the credit card name had to be the same as the renter. This resulted in much delay and rework. I had reservations to pick up a 20' truck at 5:00 PM and had it reserved for 24 hours. At 4:30 PM I called to ask if I can pick it up later since I was going to do it over the phone anyway. "No problem" was the answer. A little after 8:00 PM I get a call from UHaul saying since I didn't pick up the truck at 5:00 they gave it to someone else. After pleading my case and the facts, they didn't seem to care. Finally after getting angrier they relented and said I could pick it up in a couple of hours. When I plan for something and make reservations I expect them to be honored especially when I call ahead of time.Daniel N.

The only problem was a number of large, flattened boxes (20+) unexpectedly left in the van by the previous user, which the woman at the location suddenly had to take care of. She will reprimand the previous user, rightfully so since they are a regular customer and should KNOW Better.David R.
