No one made me aware that dropping off after hours would include a penalty. I'm sure it's in the contract somewhere. But, where I picked up was not open & nowhere around Wi-Fi, so I sat out in 28 degree weather trying to get a phone signal to pick up my truck. There was no refund or compensation for that. So, it's all right for U-Haul to be inconvenient for me, but not all right for me to drop off a key and truck for them after-hours.Ethan N.

Not a very pleasant experience! I won't go back to Nick's affordable Tires for nothing! Nick if you don't like renting trucks and interacting with people - then move on to something else. We are all human. I rented a box trailer from you 2 weeks ago - that turned out bad. I can't believe that I came back to you again. Shame on me. There will never be a 3rd attempt. I'm done with you. We rented the truck on Thursday morning. We were allowed to have the truck for 4 days. We dropped the truck off Saturday afternoon at approximately 1:00. The man in the tire shop said he didn't know anything about drop-offs and to leave the contract and keys in a lock box. We did leave them in the box. On Monday morning we see were were charged $21.95 for drop-off fee. I called Nick and explained that I didn't understand how we were charged a fee when it was a Saturday at 1:00. He was extremely rude and told me that the office was closed. I told him there was a man there working but that he said to drop off the contract and keys in the lock box and there was no mention of drop-off fee. Nick said he's tired of customers arguing with him about fees and he's had enough. Then he hung up. We're moving from Minnesota to Arkansas. I'm not very impressed, so far, with what Southerners claim is exceptional Southern hospitality! When we finalize our move next month with 2 more rental trucks, we will choose another company and another drop off location.James N.
Told me where to park the trailer, between a uhaul truck and a power pole with no guide to help me back into the spot. I was also responsible for unhooking the trailer by myself. I have never experienced that at a Uhaul rental company before.Leonard W.

Your trailers need Jacks on the tongues. They are heavy to lift to hook and unhook. A customer dropping off a trailer after hours can get hurt if they lift wrong or drop it on their foot.SCOTT M.
