i have no real problem with Phillips landing, except that i was double billed. I was not told that i must return the trailer to them.

kevin hWhen we picked up the truck it was unswept. It had dirty, and a bunch of children's stuff all over the floor (toy pieces, erasers etc). We swept it out before returning even though none of the mess was ours and mentioned that we were dropping it off cleaner than when it was picked up.
