This trailer had obviously been wrecked or had major issues. The place I rented it through informed me they were not to touch anything... which I have never had anyone tell me before. The connection was never "secure" and the door did not close properly. As we traveled, we had MAJOR issues with rattling, vibration, and noise. Contacted the U Haul center and they sent someone to our destination to check out the wheel and found nothing!!! They knew I was very concerned about safety since we had small children with us. So, when we did get on the road a few days later to head home, it was 10 times WORSE!!! And the trailer was parked ALL week! We had to end up calling roadside assistance AGAIN, and then had to to an emergency swap in a place in Crestview Florida! THAT PLACE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS WHOLE TIME! I don't have much to say positive about our original pick up location or the roadside assistance since they found nothing, and i KNEW there was an issue! We have rented a trailer like this for the past 4 years! We have never had an issue like this. IF I ever use a Uhaul trailer again, I will go out of my way to go to an authorized UHAUL trailer place.

CARLOS GI returned the trailer within 21 or 22 hours after renting it . The lady at Wilson's helped me unload the trailer from my truck after she inspected it I ask if I needed to do anything else she said no . That she would check it in I was free to Go. Apparently she didn't check it in until today . Either she made a mistake and didn't check it in or this is fraudulent. I want my debit card reimbursed . I did not have the trailer all this time only less than 24 hours
