The employee was not informative. Gas tank was half full... I had to ask what the fuel policy was. Damage inspection... I had to ask if we would be inspecting the truck.

It was a convenience store - no U-Haul sign or indication they were a U-Haul dealer. There was one truck outside. A kid (someone 18 - low 20s) was the only one there. I asked where the U-Haul store was and he said it was here. He took my keys for the truck and said you are free to go. He didn't look at the truck, my milage, or my gas level. After I left I had concerns that I just gave the keys to some kid that really had no affiliation with U-Haul.
