I specifically asked for a flat dolly, the location had a regular dolly and the agent condescendingly told me anything I needed a flat dolly for I could use a regular dolly. It was to move an almost 800lb vintage Piano which I explained so I told him no, it won't work. He said he couldn't do anything and to take it or leave it and that "i should try it before deciding it doesn't work" and that if it didn't work, he wouldn't charge me for it. Of course it didn't work and he still charged me. I had to remove the Piano that day so there was no option for me to wait for another day/location. getting the midsize uhaul was for the use of the ramp in combination with the flat dolly. No dolly so ramp was useless so I could've rented the smaller sized truck. So I basically pissed money away because of the inability of a person to differentiate between a flat dolly and a regular dolly.

It was easy to drop off the rental truck but difficult to turn into from the main road with traffic. The lot was in need of attention and very rough.
Anthony CThe girl that hooked up the trailer lost control of it and the trailer hit my truck. She went in and lied to the manager and told him it almost hit the truck. When I spoke with the manager and showed him the damage he told me he didn’t think it happened. I made him line the tongue of the trailer up to the damage to prove and sure enough it lined up perfectly. No acknowledgment from either of them. Supposedly the guy was going to call U-haul and see the next step. I waited 30 minutes and called when I got home. There had been no claim filed according to U-haul, so I made one myself.
