Love having the box trucks. We have a landscaping business and I am able to pick up plants with it.

Order processing was extremely lengthy. Lovely woman helping us, but order entry seemed very awkward. I couldn't pay for the service until my driver arrived in person to give his driver's license, then I still needed to give mine as well. Check-in took 45 minutes with my two guys on the clock. This was unexpected and ended up costing more than the entire day's rental. Truck was great, though! You need to look into a better software solution.

Great customer service despite a couple of reservation changes!!

Uhaul called me the day before my move and canceled my reservation for the 15' moving truck I had reserved in the Canadian location where I was supposed to pick it up. The people at the Point Roberts location, in the US, were excellent in helping me with a 6'x12' trailer so I could still make my move on the day it was promised.

We were sent to Pt. Roberts be ause we were told that the 10 ft cube van we booked was not available at Kitty Kottage in Ladner BC. Uhaul rebooted a cargo van which was not suitable. The rep said thete were no 10 ft cube vans available for three days. He found one in Pt. Roberts Washington. A big hassle to go and get. The pricing I found was wrong but the rep at the Pt Roberts store was super helpful and got that adjusted. We returned the cube van to Kitty Kottage today. We phoned to try to book an additional day but I was told that it was booked for 2 pm. We returned the van at 1 pm. The Kitty Kottage rep said she had a 10 ft cube van sitting there for 5 days. So, the experience with the rental locations was great. However, UHAUL does not know what they are doing ir where their vehicles are. We should have been able to pick up as requested since there was a cube van there at the time. Uhaul wasted at least 3 hours of our time.

Trailer was super clean. But running lights were intermittent. Glassing as you hit bumps. Truck is newer. So it’s not the truck. Worth having a look at. Location rental was really great! Will return and recommend to locals for sure!

I requested this drop off location but uhaul insisted that I go to their preferred location that was four times farther away and located in Canada. Apparently uhaul is discouraging customers from using the above drop off location. Not sure why this is, but it caused much last minute hardship and multiple telephone calls to uhaul for me.

I usually find that neighbourhood dealers are not as attentive to cleanliness of the vehicle. But not beilsons ..they were very efficient very fast and had very clean trucks .and great pleasant people .what a GREAT experience !!!

One of the easiest uhaul experiences I have had , had over a dozen instances to needing to rent them and this was by far the easiest, quickest experience so far. Staff is amazing!

The only issue was I went 1 mile over the 10mile estimate and was charged for the mile . That is fine the issue I have with it was when I filled the tank it took almost 10 dollars to fill. Obviously it wasn't full when I picked it up which I a little disappointing when you Ding me for 1 mile over.
