Nobody was on site to support this pick up. When somebody was contacted and got to the site, they were not familiar with the process and had to call another local person to assist. Then all transactions were done over the phone as there did not seem to be any onsite U-Haul computer equipment to support the pickup. Definitely will not use this location in the future.
