They were horrible and rude and mean and will act like he did you a favor if he unhooks your trailer. I didnt know how to unhook it and he acted like i was disturbing him. This was my first experience with a trailer uhaul and i was traveling by myself with my 3 children and people shouldnt be partnered with uhaul if they are going to treat customers as this .

Verins AI encountered a minor issue with the trailer tiedown cranking handle. They were rusty and does not appear to be oiled being outside. It makes it challenging to use secure the straps.
ARTHUR GThe reason I don’t recommend this location is not because of the location itself but because of uhaul. While the manager of the location was very nice, Uhaul should tell people that mobile pickup at this location is not available if they’re open. I tried to check in and get my truck as I’ve done other times with the mobile pickup, only to find out I couldn’t do it. I had to go inside and wait for the manager to come to the location. I was expecting to pick up my truck at 3 and be gone by 3:10 at the latest. However, I was there at 2:50 and didn’t leave til 4! This meant I was moving after dark, because we then only had an hour of daylight instead of nearly 2. Uhaul also needs to let people know that this location charges you $10 to park your car overnight. I have left my car at other locations overnight without an issue. Also, I was charged for 2 dollies when I only rented one.

Susan kWhen returning my U-Haul truck the lady at the counter said to just put the keys in the drop box. Two days later I had to rent another Uhual truck and found out the lady at the Corinth location never submitted the last truck as received so I was on E status since it stated I never returned the truck even though I did. Please look into this situation. I did use the app on the last return to make sure it went through and not have to trust the employees at the Corinth location to do it. Thanks, Eric

Randy KAfter going in place of business and talk with store representative about dropping unit and my receipt he advised me to contact U Haul before leaving ,so I did that.Exsplaned to her what my concerns where and she said she would call pickup location to verify if was helped in hooking unit up and getting it on time.My master card had 2 charges on it now which I did not authorize the second one.I do have my own pictures showing the pickup store trying to hook to the unit blocking the unit I was renting & pictures of myself having to hook the unit to my tow vehicle which are time stamps .There was a complaint filed with thur the drop off with U-Haul on the phone..would like to see this matter resolved soon as possible ( will submit my pictures I have at time of pickup along with text from her about arriving in 5 minutes which also did not happen)
Gerald WAbsolutely nothing, the best part of the experience is that during this process I found the perfect woman. However the truck doesn't drive itself, bah humbug.

JERRY SWhen I called to ask some perfectly reasonable questions the lady who answered the phone, who does not work on the U-Haul side was very rude. It was obvious she had no time to speak to me. She also finally attempted to get me an answer and told me something completely incorrect based on what the U-Haul people told me. At one point she just decided she didn’t want to deal with me anymore and hung up.
Andrew Barrived and was told the person to check me out would be there on 5 . minutes 40 minutes later he appeared, wanted a truck in Lexington Ky was told on Thursday there should be a truck heard nothing until 5pm Friday and informed truck was available 35 miles away ... delayed my trip cost me more time and gasoline. doubt I will ever use uhaul for a one way rental again,

Robert NThey are trying to charge me for four (4) days extra on a trailer I dropped off there. The trailer was dropped off on the 1st and they are saying it was not dropped off till the 6th. They are working some kind of scam. Do Not Trust Them.
JAMES HThe check out process took an hour. It took 30 minutes just for someone to start processing my reservation while I sat in my car. I used the app for express checkout, completed everything and got the and the “completed ready to use” notification and store associate said they had to erase that and start all over. What’s the point of the express check-in?
John AUhaul changed our drop off location from Falmouth KY to this one. This location was supposed to be open and it was not opened. It was a further 20 miles away. I had to call in because the app wouldn't allow me to upload photos and check the vehicle jn.

Dean BTrain your people better to talk to their customers and explain what they are doing and give them their rates and not come to find out later that you paid more than what you were originally quoted!
Thomas CSend me the link for transferring my items from one trailer to another as the trailer we rented in N. Ft. Myers broke down in Corinth, KY. The lady from U-Haul told us Sunday (today is Weds and still no link provided) that one would be sent.
Randell GWell, let’s see.... when we arrived... the Spouse of the U-Haul location had “no idea” that we had “reserved” this car hauler. Called her Husband... said wait “10 minutes”... 10 minutes comes and goes... still waiting.... went back inside to see what holdup was? Spouse calls Her Husband... talks to Him and says “this is Your Problem and Their Problem, not My Problem”... If You are going to Use “Rental Agents”, make sure they know what is going on! Almost missed a pickup time because of this!
