You literally rent a truck from a bakery which is VERY confusing. The people there are lovely and helpful but it just does not make intuitive sense. The right wiper blade did not work and it rained a lot, not good.

No person present on site to give me the vehicle and I had to wait 15 mins for info on how to get access. The vehicle was covered in cardboard and plaster when I received it.

Christopher A.It was a horrible experience trying to get a uhaul from this location, for the following reasons. 1 - None of the employees of Norman Sue Bakery show any intention to help the uhaul customers, they shoe us away 2 - We are supposed to open the boxes that hold the car keys ourselves unlocking those with a 4 letter code but there is no email or text message that gives that code ! 3 - I had to call uhaul 3 times from that location to speak to an agent, who then calls the owner of the Norman Sue bakery. The owner promises to call me to give the code, but he doesn't, so I just continue waiting for 40 minutes 4 - I call uhaul again, and get the phone number of the bakery owner and call him myself.. then he gives me the 4 letter code. 5 - the box that he gave the code for, DOES NOT HAVE THE CAR KEY 6 - I call him again, and he gives a different code for a different box, this time the Orange box which the customers use to return the keys. 7 - The lock doesn't open easily because it is faulty and broken. 8 - Finally, after 1 hour of being there, I struggle and wiggle to get the box open and get the key 9 - Obviously no one had cleaned the truck after the last customer use. I see trash littered all over the drivers and passenger area.. please cancel this as a uhaul location, they DO NOT deserve to be in business. They are a big disservice and a disgrace to the brand of uhaul

Gabrielle P.it seemed as though the owner of the uhaul pick up location was bothered by us asking for the phone number to collect the keys. the key box did not open easily and we were getting anxious. i would use UHaul again but not sure about this location.
John K.It would be nice if the pick up location was marked clearly and if there was someone there to help the customer with their vehicle pick up. It was hard to open the lock box. Once I had the key, the rest of the pick up and drop off wasn't too difficult with the online instructions.

SHAWN MICHAEL H.Do not do business with these people. Uhaul had me return a truck to them and they claimed I returned it with low fuel and tried to scam me out of $90. Thankfully I documented the entire truck, including pics of the fuel guage when I returned it and they will not be getting away with it.
