Computer issues at initial location of reservation caused long delay, eventually had to disconnect trailer and travel to this location. Unfortunate, as this cost a large amount of time/travel

ERIC BThe trailer was dirty and a side rail was broken, which inhibited tying down my belongings for my move. The location did not have moving blankets, which I had ordered. Otherwise, the location was efficient and friendly with good customer service otherwise.
