I originally booked my rental from Heritage Home Hardware in Sault Ste Marie. The truck that was booked for me did not come back on the day that and time that I was told to pick it up, thankfully Gilbert (the star of thr day) at that location helped me by making phone calls to secure me the truck that we got. We did have to get a cab to go to the location where we picked up the truck. It was not cleaned and could not wait for it to be cleaned and it took us the rest of the day to get the cab and box of the truck cleaned up. Other than that, everything else was fluid and the truck was comfortable to ride in and drive.

Rear door lock password update . I struggle a lot bz of u-haul. I booked for a mobile pick up. I went early in the morning 6am to location bz we have 9hr drive left . The instructions are good & easy to follow but password mentioned on app extremely wrong . I called customer care & they give another wrong password . We can't get key bz of it . Then as per instruction of customer service:I wait for U-haul counter guy Upto 10:30am to come . He used different password to open it . My plans are broken. I rate my u-haul experience to zero. Really frustrating. To be honest , counter guys keep good behaviour to us .
