Note: They provided a sub truck for us because when we arrived at the MERIDIAN U-HAUL in Bellingham WA. location he truck we reserved was not there and no other vehicles were available. Despite my frustration I was civil to the woman working the front desk who treated me with the utmost rudeness. I was highly offended that I did not receive an apology or any kind of acknowledgement of the great inconvenience this caused me. I will do my best to avoid this location in the future. May also add that this facility has only a small area of public street parking available--most of which was taken over by U-Haul equipment.
Dean Tthe only complaint i have that in the past when i reserved a truck and the place that i reserved didn't have on the day i was to pick it up, they would get one from another place instead of sending me to the other place.

Taryn PI had to reserve at another location (on the Guide Meridian) to get the right size truck. Both places were very helpful and friendly. The truck had a 120K miles on it, so it was a little rough driving. Transmission slipped at times. However, the customer service made up for the truck. Over all it was a good experience.

Kara FThe truck started out with a check engine light. The trailer I reserved was 3 hours away round trip. They found me a closer one, but it still cost me about an hour and a half of my time. A replacement vehicle was provided to me and it drove well and was clean. The service technician that assisted me was very professional and helpful. My goal was to give some business to a small business that does U-Haul is on the side. The return process was fine, however, I did not realize I needed to stay in the parking lot with the truck and trailer while I returned it on my phone. The after hours drop off was nice however there is a $20 convenience charge for that.

Michael BINSTALL TONGUE JACKS ON ALL OF YOUR TRAILERS !!! Personnel had to manually lift the trailer tongue and then pulled the trailer forward and sideways to attach to my truck (tow vehicle) - a very awkward motion at best - risky for anyone - one of the attendants had to call another person to make the attachment … for what reason, I don’t know. GIVE YOUR PERSONNEL INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO DIRECT A TOW VEHICLE’S DRIVER TO BACK UP TO A TRAIL !!! … NEVER STANDING DIRECTLY BEHIND A TOW VEHICLE !!! THUS, NEVER BETWEEN THE TOW VEHICLE AND TRAILER !!! Improve/update the safety chains on tongue trailers - hooks had worn, loose rubber three-hole bands … replace with spring clips of other safety mechanism. Shorten chains to a ‘reasonable length’ - chains had to be twisted so many times, they were very difficult to manage attachment … and still clear the ground. Sincerely, Richard Fredlund 206-406-4453

Richard PTell the customer up front what the total charge us. Yoyr company fraudulently said $19, but then added on taxes, etc which brought the cost to $34, which I thought was my cost. Then come to find out my final bill was $52, by the way, I never signed for or was told about. I wrote a review on your site that brought down your 5.0 to 3.7. Will never do business with your company again. I was charged $52 to drive 17 miles. That is highway robbery.
nancy fIt was very frustrating that the Uhaul we ordered was not available when the time actually came. It is just so strange to me that we neither got the truck or location that we had booked. How did you not realize that ahead of time? Also why was the first suggestion to remidy this to go to a location 20 minutes away instead of suggusting the one that was just and extra 4 minutes away? I felt like Uhaul was trying to take advantage of us and rack up mileage.
Leah CThe back cargo area of truck was dirty. There was old motor oil and grease on floor and dripping off door when opened. It took and hour to clean enough before I could load. It smelled after of gas from the oil. Unfortunately the location was not able to compensate or help with another truck. I’m a frequent renter with average of 1-2 times a week.
cindy RThe team at the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer in Lynden was AMAZING! Such friendly helpful service, and... they really helped me out of a jam on trailer pickup. One, I was running late, and they stayed after-hours to ensure I was able to nab my trailer and continue on my roadtrip. Then... on arrival my hitch electrical was wonky, and they managed to sort out the problem and re-wire me so I could hit the highroad. If I could give each and every one of them 10 out of 5 stars I would. These guys are AWESOME.

Janice PPoor reservation system with uhaul in general. Had to go 30 mins out of my way for pickup and drop off. Time to pick up was 8 am but store didn’t open until 9. Had to wait an hour and lost an hour of moving time. Nothing against the store. The customer experience was great but it does Not help the fact that uhaul in general is a crappy monopoly company that can’t figure out reservations and locations.
Andrew LWhen we couldn't figure out why one light refused to work, one of the workers came over and solved the problem in under 5 minutes. Very impressive!
Betsy LHonestly what's the point of reserving a uhaul if the day before your told that you have to drive an extra 40 minutes both ways that you get charged for? Not to mention it looked like there was the size i asked for at several closer locations on my drive. Then the app told me to drop off at the Alger location when I requested one closer to the destination, only to change after I put the key in the box. All in all it was a not a good uhaul experience. I can't get mad at the employees at either location because they can't do anything to help either

Beau MEvery link that was sent to me for online stuff was the incorrect link. I was on the phone with the company for 30-40 minutes because they couldn't find my reservation. That delayed my by almost an hour on the morning of my move. The service engine light came on as soon as we picked up the truck. The closest drop off was 30 minutes from my new place, so I had to call to find another on closer. Lisa was wonderful to talk to, and went above and beyond, but the overall experience was a big let down.
