No one was available at the store for us to pickup the vehicle for 1 hour and we missed a full hour of our rental and were incredibly stressed out and when we returned the vehicle the guy tried to overcharge us for gas because he said it was full when we got it despite it being at half already as he didn’t do an initial walk through with us he said we were lying
