I got a call on Friday that we would have a larger trailer than ordered at Tony’s tire. When we got there there was not a trailer. Then we drove 90 miles to the 2nd location to get a trailer that was too small. No people were there. So we had to then make 2 trips to Clear Lake for all of our stuff. We spent more in gas than the trailer.
Karen BI reserved a trailer a month in advance to a location only a couple of miles near me. Have three different options within miles of me, but had to drive over 50 miles in the wrong direction to get it. I had to miss over an hour of work, pay for gas, and spend 2 unplanned hours to get the trailer. Very frustrating that no one ensured a trailer was closer to pick up, especially reserving it so far in advance. When I asked about it, I was rudely told they is why there is a phone call two days before pick up. Why would I even select where I want to pick it up when that would not be the case? Very misleading the wording as well.
