The storage space is located near a swamp/ditch and has people sitting out in their cars. I never moved in the storage and asked to be refunded. Where’s my refund???

Whenever I had a question, I reached out via email to the owner, and he always responded promptly. I would recommend this facility. It is very reasonably priced and well maintained.
