This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. The whole process ended up being much easier than I thought. My unit was clean, access was simple, and I’ve felt comfortable leaving my belongings here. Definitely a five-star experience.

I was moving things into my unit when one of those surprise summer rain showers popped up out of nowhere. One minute it was sunny, and the next I was standing there trying to figure out how to keep everything dry! Thankfully, North Little Rock Storage made the rest of the move easy. The facility is clean, convenient, and well maintained, and the staff was great to work with. Even with the Arkansas weather doing its thing, I’m very happy with my choice!

The storage space is located near a swamp/ditch and has people sitting out in their cars. I never moved in the storage and asked to be refunded. Where’s my refund???
