Facility was closed so I dropped off on my own. Area was neat and orderly so I am sure the personel match the appearance or at least have the mind set to keep thing neat.

Tia KockaI’d asked to pick up the truck in Cold Spring MN. UHaul called me to tell me I had to go to Kimball to pick it up, which was a major inconvenience for me. I was really pressed for time. The truck’s steering was loose and the brakes were spongy (comparing to the truck we’d rented from UHaul the prior weekend to move our other family member). Kimball UHaul office was smoky (cigarettes), and there was a 1/2 full liquor bottle in the office - in full view for customers to see. (It’s also a K-Bid office.). The place was scary looking.

Phil HennemanThe 800 number to find drop off location was bad, I would call and go through the automated prompts just to get hung up on. As a result I had to drive an EXTRA 30 miles to drop off instead of using the one 8 miles from my house. That cost me 15 dollars extra for miles and even more for additional fuel costs, not to mention an hour of my personal time.
Jared Hiebnot for anything U uhaul you completely ruined my move and days after it’s the 18th and i’m still making 3 hr trips up there picking up loads in my car due to the 4 hrs lost attempting to get the truck my movers had other obligations in pm the 9am pick up would’ve been ample time, but not arriving until 1pm gave no time to load plus had to stop at walmart to buy a dolly cuz the one reserved was on the truck that there were no keys for so at 6pm i was alone and still picking up what was left behind due to loss of time. not to mention the cost for a dolly you didn’t provide the extra miles on truck and car cuz the location was an hour away to pick truck up they had keys and then not settings it up to drop off at the u haul across the street but had to drive 4 hrs at 430 am moving day to drop off. i’m filling a formal complaint to BBB the Attorney General and every social platform i can to inform the general public what kind of business you conduct. y’all should be embarrassed how you treated me the as well as the physical ramification of your less then Adequate business practices gross gross gross
