I was expected to connect the trailer myself. Only location like that. I didn't have to sign the contract. Only location like that. The owner/manager was walking around inside without a mask. Myself and the staff all had masks on.

The customer service was very good but the office is below average. I had to use this location because the day before they call me from the original one telling me they could not have the track ready when I requested it in my reservation (that I had made 2 weeks ahead). Last minute unavailability is very common

Everything was spot on with a very friendly staff lady checking me in. I always have good luck with U Haul but have never used this location before. My regular yard (Newmarket) didn't have the trailer I needed so I used the Doncaster outlet. Perfect as always.

Ensure the vehicle interior is clean. I rented a "new" van, only 7300km on it and it was filthy. I can only imagine what it will look like later on. The last time I rented a vehicle I reviewed the vehicle with a real person. We made notes together re damage and discussed the driving of rental vehicle. Not much customer service. Also directed to the wrong parking area to find the vehicle at the start. The drop box sign said to log on to "uhaul" when keys returned, check in employee said not necessary, just drop the keys - two different instructions.

I had to wait 15-min beyond my pickup time; I was charged for a utility Dolly I didn't take; my return time was false (returned truck at 4:30; receipt said 5:30); and my credit card was charged $170, when the bill e-mail to me was $117? What's up with you?

Terrible. Dirty truck. Clearly not sanitized. Employee not wearing masks indoors. Charged for cleaning even though the truck was returned in the same condition as rented. Store will not reverse the charge. Disgusting service.

The changing of the location made this a huge hassle. The location of the trailer was near impossible for a novice to navigate and the door/gate of the trailer is very hard to open. Not sure if oil would solve it, but leaving it as is, definitely won't.

Caroline was extremely helpful and very supportive as I mentioned I went to the warden and 401 location and they were completely clueless what a car transport trailer is, the other location recommended a 5x8 trailer which I was shocked that they believe would fit a car. Caroline sent a staff to also help me hook it up and absolutely the best customer service. I will be coming back to this location 👍

Considering we are to be even cleaner due to COVID-19, extra attention needs to be mader in cleaning vehicles.The vehicle (cargo van) was not cleaned in the least. Food on the floor, spilled drink, pits from fruits on the floor. The steering wheel and cup holders obviously had drink spilled on them. 3 Empty cups, wrappers on the ground in front of vehicule. Last person smoked, left a finished package also on the floor. I will say that the person working at the place whom I spoke to was helpful and friendly. That being said, it was disgusting to get the car fillthy. Whoever does the cleaning did not even look at the car.

This location woke up me early in the AM on the day of my move to let me know that there are no more vans left for me to take and there's nothing they can do. They told me to wait for a car from Uhaul. I was anxious about my move for the day so I called Uhaul. I was on hold for about an hour, kicked off the call waiting twice and took two customer service reps to resolve the situation. The rep who solved the situation simply booked myself a truck that was available at the same Uhaul location.

Customer service was great, efficient and friendly. The trucks were parked in a well maintained area and the trucks maintained well. I would suggest Uhaul invest in sanitizing and cleaning their trucks due to Covid19 concerns or offer supplies for customers to do so. Well done!

Only issue, on pickup, there was no walk around, for trailer. No issues, but had there been prior damage.... My word vs theirs

Be polite and kind. I rented a trailer. Some person came out to check the trailer attachment to my car. It wasn't correct, so he thought he could talk to me down and with a tone, like I have not experienced before. There are other U-Haul franchises around here. I don't have to go there and expose myself to this guy's power trips.
