PAJMAN TAt return time, the chat was to slow. Waiting 1 minute for an employee only to be informed that I was being transferred to another one (+ waiting time) and then once again to a third employee for a simple question...Then, I was able to do the drop off on the app but all the process of all the stages consumed me near one hour. I am sure that this can be improved.
