The truck drove well, location for pick up/drop off was convenient, but the truck had a foul odour in the cabin until the air conditioning cleared out most of it. The cargo area was full of crumb sized dirt in the corners and on the main floor area (various small piece such as a wad of used gum, a heavyduty staple, dust bunnies that were hard to sweep up) that I had to sweep out before I loaded my items in.

Cargo van was not clean. Lots of debris and someone had urinated in the van. We had to clean it up and wash it down ourselves before loading up our equipment. In addition, we were charged for 2 days for a 1-day rental. Totally unacceptable.

1. mileage wasn't clear! Associate didn't say how many miles are already used before I was renting. Didn't recalculated my mileage use after. Just charged me $78+ dollars without explaining what for. Didn't even bother to walk with me to show the truck when I was renting.

The truck started heating up so much that I couldn't put my feet on the floor of the cabin. It reached temperatures high enough to burn the skin. Travelling in that 15' truck for 8 hours was hell. I did not feel safe at all.

I only drove 33 km and had to fill 13.65 liters of gas. I don't think the gauge is accurate. I wasnt too pleased to have to fill so much gas for the km driven. Getting a mileage of slightly over 2 km a liter. Doesn't make sense.

Excellent vehicle, easy to drive ( I'm a woman and I rented a ten foot van expecting it to be heavy and difficult to drive. Boy, was I wrong!!) Great service from the store on Doncaster.

When I came in there, for some 5 minutes the perception at reception sitting across the counter was so busy with his computer he could not even greet me. On a cost side - I was a little surprised to be charged not only the flat daily fee but also per-kilometer charge and a separate fee for a dolly. The total came to about $70, making me question if I want to use UHaul for the next move next month.
