It was a good service. One thing was - I called the location and left a message after I returned the key. The following day, I got a scam call that I dropped the rental car at a different location and now I am entering 2nd day overcharge. So, the location, or your company likely have some security issues.

When picking up a truck , if a customer has some concern about the truck condition and requested walk around the truck with a staff member , it is NOT acceptable for the staff to say that " I am busy . If you have concern take some photo and U Haul will handle it later "

Whoever had the vehicle last either transported or spilled food, causing the entire interior to smell of food. Despite my airing it out for hours, the smell remains. The previous user should have been charged for, and the vehicle should have been given, an extensive cleaning. 5 air fresheners in the vehicle couldn't overcome the smell.

I got the 10’ truck for three days, after one day the engine check light turned on. The cabin was very dirty and also oily, and I couldn’t do my job with this dirty car.

This affected my ability to use the vehicle as intended and caused significant inconvenience. Despite the issue, I was still charged the full rental price. I’m requesting a full refund for this rental, as the truck was not in proper working condition. I personally would find it simpler if I could just bring the truck back with a full gas tank instead of trying to Match the the level of gas left from the previous rental. This way I would know exactly how much fuel I used.

I was taking back the truck 2 hours later than expected and they charge me 1 extra day fir that! Costumer service is poor their English is poor they don't care anything just asking for money!

The truck I rented was unacceptably dirty, including a foul-smelling and sticky mess in the rear section that could not possibly have been missed by the person who inspected the truck (if they actually inspected the truck) before my arrival. In addition, the moving blankets I rented were not provided. I learned of this when the very rude and unfriendly check-in staff announced, "Take your dolly from here. But no blankets. We don't have them." No apology for the inconvenience, no offer of assistance, substitute or compensation. Nothing. Very poor service. Next time, I'll either rent from a competitor or, at the very least, try another location. This one, never again. My friendly advice: do the same.

The bed of the pickup was filled with snow. I was charged for 6 litres of fuel after travelling 17km. I called the location and they said someone will get back to me. No one has. Is this how Uhaul does business?
