Looked like the trailer had just been dragged out of a mud puddle. One tire was bald and out of balance. Pin was broken on the ratchet clamp. Not my best experience at a U-Haul. The person who helped me was kind and helpful but the equipment was trash

Oscar AThe location was fine, a little hard to get to and in a rough part of town. The man at the location was very nice and helpful and his facility was immaculate. The cab of the truck was clean but the previous user must have had hauled stuff with cigarette smoke as when I arrived at the location the truck cargo door was open. However when I arrived at the end of my journey I opened the door and and my stuff wreaked of smoke. Frustrating. .
