Didn't have the size trailer we originally booked online. Decided one size smaller would still work for us. This location only had one trailer that looked to be in decent condition. After hooking it up to the truck one of the brake lights/blinker was burned out. No one was available to change it so we were told we could just switch trailers. We decided we would chance the burned out light trailer over taking an older beat up trailer that could have other problems. We needed the trailer for 24 hours for a quick trip to Vegas. I don't really understand how U-haul decides what to charge or why picking up in one location and dropping off in another is such a major up charge. It would have worked better for us to do a one way rental but would have cost 5 times more. We rented a furniture dolly and blankets for cheap which were a life saver. Overall our needs were met and I know we live a small community but it would be nice to have access to newer equipment and to have a choice of all sizes of rentals.Shawn K.
Booking online took quite a long time, like 25 minutes. I made a mistake on inputting my email address and then had to wait 40 minutes on hold on the phone to correct it. I was paying for the ticket but someone else was the primary driver and this complicated things a great deal.Jack A.

no for my father and i made our payment up front. i then called and asked them to charge the card for an additional rental day. they said they would charge the card, i returned the rental the following day while they were closed the app would not work for me to do the return!! i call support got stuck through hoops to just find out that they wanted me to drive 1 hour back to the rental place to show my location and to take pictures for the online return. i was not financially able to do this. i called the rental place on monday when they opened, explained to the man working there what had happened. he said he got it turned in for me and said everything was good no further payments needed. i then get a email saying i was being charged for another day plus late fees of $96! now i have gotten another email saying i again owe you guys another $30! i used to swear by you guys, i dont understand why you guys in uhaul are doing this. you have officially lost a loyal customer and promoter for you guys!Tori S.

Staff was friendly and low stress. Simple check in and out instruction were explained and down the road I was, with no delay. I appreciated the no nonsense, no sales pressure, staff presented. When back in Cedar City I would use this business again.Pat W.
I was charged $527.11 when i picked the truck. I returned it on Friday at 7pm. They charged me an extra day plus ins. and milage total of $80 something. The truck was to be back by 8:30 Saturday morning. So why was I charged almost $90.00 extra money when I returned it 13 hours early. I have tried to call and nobody answers.Waneita W.

If I have a rental for 24 hours and the place your rental is from says that's fine and is one day but yet I get charged twice and the maximum amount as a firefighter/ EMT and a local one I'm not very happy with this rental the owner blames Uhaul for the chargePatrick M.

I reserved an 8 x 12 covered trailer. When I went to pick it up, there wasn't one available. There were no other locations nearby that had one. I was forced to use a 5 x 8 trailer that was very inconvenient.Barry B.
