Ensure that the customer’s reservations are properly setup so they don’t lose time. I lost two hours of my time because the truck was not “assigned” to my reservation.

Except that is was a different location than my original reservation had on it and didn't realize it changed. So some sort of change notification would have been nice and not wasted an hour of time driving around.
