They did nothing when I pulled in basically said park the truck and throw keys in the return lock box and didn’t even check me in. I had to call several times the customer service number to insure that I was not going to charged for any extra days as they never check the truck in properly
MARTIN SYour app needs a lot of work! It would not focus on my license but after the third or forth attempt with a small image, it finally passed. Similar problems with taking pics of the truck. I lost track of how many pics I took only to be told I needed at least one good pic. I left the store without finishing the check-in. I decided not to waste my time because your app was a piece of crap!!! The truck was fine and the gentlemen at the shop were helpful.
William SBilling practice is very poor. As well as turning in vehicle operations.
