She was not helpful and said a couple times that she had nothing to help with and no way to give me a receipt. She just said " park it out back". I did an online equipment return, but that didn't register and when I called Uhaul 2 days later, I was told I still had the truck. The receipt is marked for 8/12 turn-in and I actually returned it on the 11th at 11 am.William K.
This place was an absolute nightmare, the cashier literally has no idea what he's doing. In pick up I waited over 45 minutes and on drop off over an hour.Dustin C.
Proprietor did not speak English well and communication difficulties. Not helpful with the actual parking of trailer or disconnection. Finally found someone who speaks English well to help but frustrating until he happened along. Location not particularly clean or inviting.Tom W.

Let me start off by saying this was not the location we originally picked to rent from. We were moved to this location and it was out of our way to get there. It was a gas station that I would not have stopped at if it were not for picking up this rental. There was only one person working therefore we were put on the back burner more than once for him to take care of other customers. On top of that he spoke very broken English and was hard to understand. After picking up the truck we noticed the gas had did not work properly, there it was difficult to know exactly how much we used and needed to put back in it. I would never recommend this place or most likely I would not recommend UHaul to anyone. And most likely if I need another rental I will go with a different company. I spent too much money to have to deal with that!!Chaun Y.

Employee when I first showed didn't know how to register my drivers license so she told me to come back in 4 hours when another employee would be there. Very unprofessional and annoying that she didn't know how to do her job. We also ordered a trolley and we were never provided with one and never got a refund even tho I called four times.Brittney B.
This location was AWFUL. I waited for 45 minutes and nearly missed meeting my movers. They had no idea what was going on, one of the employees was just aimlessly on his phone wandering the store ignoring us. The woman at the counter was clueless and had to call someone to figure it out and it STILL took 45 minutes. They didn't have our furniture pads that we pre-ordered well ahead of time so we didn't have any to move with, and didn't have enough time to get more because they took SO LONG to get us our truck. It took me nearly 2 hours to pick up this vehicle. I had to argue and make several calls in order to receive the price that I had been quoted even though every time I called U-Haul there is a recording mentioning that the call is being recorded. Do a better job of giving your customers the price that you quoted.John T.
The young man who finalized the paperwork when I returned the truck could not have been more helpful and friendly. I needed to wait for a ride and he engaged in conversation that was interesting and enjoyable. Thank you.Mary L.
Small highway gas station with two small trailers out front - doesn't look like much, and I would not pick it out as a UHaul location just by driving by. But they had a good inventory behind the store, out of sight, and the young man inside was helpful and courteous and took care of everything very quickly.Mark G.

Make sure your locations speak good English. Also make sure they know what they are talking about when I asked if I could drop off at ending location with no extra charge they said yes. I dropped and and got call stating I had to return trailer to original location or be charged 215 dollars vs the 49 it was supposed to beRobert F.
Location was not visible from the road. There was no sign or u-hauls in the front to identify it as a u-haul place. It just looks like a gas station. The phone number to call the place was disconnected and I drove past it three times before I realized it was the return place. Needs to be more clearly identified as a u-haul place or at least identified as a gas station on the paperwork.Brenna G.

The person checking the equipment out told me right away that she did not know what she was doing, than while waiting 1 hour to get the trailer she told me multiple times most people walk out by now. She did not even inspect the equipment when she checked it out to me and never hooked up the trailer or inspect that it was connected properly. I would not recommend this place and if I was U-Haul I would pull my stuff from this location to avoid a bad overall rep.ANTHONY A.

The trailer I had reserved for Saturday at 10AM was not there and they said I would have to go to another location to get one. Unorganized and delayed my move which was not good. Staff was nice but the reservation was just not done, but I received the confirmation.Brad F.
We were told that since we rented the uhaul and was only going one way with it we wouldn't be charged any extra mileage for it. We were charged extra mileage! And on top of it we scheduled to have it picked up from a certain place only to pick it up 3 almost 4 towns away...wouldn't use them again!Harold C.

The woman that worked there had no idea what she was doing. After telling her my name she stated that "I see you in the system, but nothing is happening when I click your name" to which I replied " and what does that mean?!" She said " well you can go to a different u-haul place and see if they have an extra trailer for you" after that we proceeded to call u-haul and make the transaction over the phone and picked up the trailer and left.mario G.

At pickup we discussed the difference between the paperwork and the actual fuel gauge and I could not persuade the man the revaluate. When i returned the truck I did so with the fuel at the same level and I got stuck for fuel charge.Andy G.
The truck was in good shape and ran well, but the interior of the cab was covered in mud from the previous client (maybe from a dog). It had definitely not been given attention at all after the last client. The staff at the gas station had significant problems trying to check the truck out, and into my possession. They meant well, but seemed unequipped/untrained with the process. It took an hour for me to get my paperwork and truck, even with the rental being booked in advance through another local U-haul representative.Michael S.

It was extremely apparent that the clerk who helped me and gave me my keys had a bare minimum understanding of this part of his job. Perhaps the gas station/U-Haul Neighborhood Drop Off employees need a better understanding of their entire job and more detailed training.Alex E.

This location/clerk was actually a gas station...a very busy gas station. Even though we had done Express Check in online, it took us over 20 minutes for the guy to have time to check us out. He also tried to charge us for insurance when we clearly said we didn't want it saying it defaulted to that selection. I had already booked and PAID for the reservation prior to arriving.
