The customer service was beautiful i just didn’t understand i missed placed a dolly they charged 200 dollars for a used item i got my receipt back an it’s only charging me for what i can see which is the mileage an the rental which is 102.77 if you charging me 328.00 not fair at all, all together why the truck moved like it was broken an stuck its like it needed a tune up the gage for the gas seemed to purposely broken because i order another uhaul at another place an i put 20 dollars in it an the gas gage went over i put 25dollars in this one at mini max storage an it didn’t budge my suggestion is order directly from the u-haul place on 10415 N Fl Ave the actual place these side companies not keeping up the maintenance. of the vehicle nor the products cause 200 for a dolly an the rental showing on my receipt 102.77 an thats for the rental but in my account 328 is pending from u haul
KARIMA ATruck was great. Clean, well-maintained, etc. A back-up camera would've been a nice feature, however.

I had a gift certificate and, although the employees were not too familiar with that process, they did their research... immediately, and, applied the certificate accordingly. Their customer service was excellent and much appreciated. Thank you sincerely. I absolutely appreciate a review request, especially when its well warranted and deserved. 10 out of 10!!
