It was a drop off with no U haul personnel. However, when U-Haul personnel checked in the truck I was billed incorrectly for fuel. After repeated attempts to contact customer service (as stipulated by the U-Haul email invoice) I have not gotten any responseJeffrey P.

We had an issue with calling toverify our pickup time. Came to find out that when we called the store our call was redirected to a central location with a 20 + minute wait time. After being on hold for longer than that 3 times we decided to drive to the store. to verify our pickup time and when we could pickup the 15' truck. The one person we talked to said our reservation was for the 2nd of July when our pickup date was for the 1st. We were told that we needed to pick up the truck at another location that neither my wife or I knew where it was and after loading the address in our locator we left the store not very happy for all the time wasted trying to get information. We will have need for another truck in the near future, but, I will consider another company then, and will decide then.EUGENE S.
Put signs where to drop of truck because the gate is locked after the office closes and luckily there was a person there bringing things to their storage unit and he stated where they usually parked the uhaul trucks.Amy S.
Online check in was a nightmare. The location had a bad signal area and when I would move from the location it wouldn't let me complete it because it said I was not a the place of pickup. This needs improvement. The truck had no power and the abs light, traction control light, service stabilitrac came on, the service traction control came on and the truck had a loud whine whenever you stepped on the throttle. So loud I had to stop extra times to get the ringing out of my ears. The price that was charged to my card was higher than the price I was quoted on reservation. In all this was one of the worst trips and transactions with uhaul and I more than likely will not be renting another vehicle from uhaul unless things improve.Shawn P.

I had a lot of trouble picking up the truck because the website would allow me to log in and when I called the number I was on hold for 45 minutes. The pick up process at this location was chaotic. Very impersonal. The truck was dirty and gross. Very disappointed to see that in the midst of a pandemic that it was very clear they didn't clean the truck in between users!! Very disappointed and disgusted so glad we didn't have to be in the truck very long! We will probably be looking for a new company to use when we need another rental.David B.

A last minute decision required a 15' box truck, looking back I should have planned ahead better. I called around to 3 locations but no trucks were available within 50 miles. This location understood my situation and was able to help me. Very professional and tech friendly.Philip P.
Pick-up and drop-off locations were great! I would recommend them for their services other than U-Haul. The people are wonderful and their locations have a lot to offer. The process of trying to rent, pay for rental and overall experience with U-Haul directly was horrible! The website malfunctioned frequently causing duplication of reservation and duplicate charges to my credit card. Customer service, overall, did not serve the customer at all. Uhual service was horrible period I was told/aware I was getting a $100 deposit back which woulkd have made this rental cheaper than Penske rental services but when I returned the uhaul I didn't receive it an was told I wasn't charged it but on the phone I was aware the price was 900 something with the $100 deposit. so overall Penske was allot cheaper than uhual service I will do everything I can too get the word out on this horrible ecxperiance threw uhual. the locations thereselves was good but the reservation services told me complete different than what I actually got.andrew M.

Shop keeper at this mini-storage facility was friendly enough, but failed to explain all the details on how to secure the car on the auto transport trailer I was renting. Though he checked to make sure it would fit on the trailer, I had to put blocks under the front wheels to ramp the front end up high enough to bring the car all the way forward. Attendant was laid back and the office looked like he did babysitting there. Facility was poorly kept up and trashy, and not any place I would go to if I were driving around looking for a reputable business.robert L.

the operator of this location (Tom) was unprofessional, rude, dirty, smelled like a bar, answers the phone with "yeah"? and was late for the appointment we set up. We did not use the dolly in the back but had to move it to use all the space in the truck, so the zip tie was broken. I was charged for use of the dolly on my bill and called to complain and ask that the charge be removed. Tom went absolutely bullistic over this request and then proceeded to leave me a nasty voice mail ! Which i saved on my phone if you care to hear it. Regardless, this man is a shameful and terrible representative for your company. Having been in a military family all my life, I have used U Haul many times and was NEVER treated as badly as this !! This man is a disgrace and I certainly would NOT want him to represent any business venture that I was involved in. I am telling all my friends and family locally to avoid this U-Haul location at all costs - Take their business to Ryder or Hertz. This was by far the worst rental truck experience I've ever had !
