The person I worked with when I picked up the uhaul was great. He was attentive and suggest led the smaller unit because he got one in earlier than expected. Overall Great Experience

The only thing that bothered me was that the person that had the truck before me was a smoker and filled the ash tray with butts. The cab smelled like an ashtray. It was gross......

The gentlemen who assisted us on our drop off was great! We had no issues, it was quick and easy and he was very friendly. Made sure we had our reciept before we left. This is how a Uhaul place should be!

I was able to finish my move in a few short trips, truck was in excellent condition, everything went well. I returned truck at specified time and then was told I should have refueled truck. I stated that I made less trips than expected and used minimal gas and would be okay with a additional charge for fuel. The attendant was very helpful and he stated that the charge would be around $30.00. I ask how many miles I drove and he said 13. The truck was estimated to get 18 miles to a gallon. I then took truck a put 3 gallons of of in , he said that was fine. I believe you should have a more accurate system for fuel charge, Thanks John Pullin

They accommodated my needs, even though over the phone at the customer service center, which is not at this location, they booked me for a truck that was unavailable. The staff was really understanding and friendly and i will go there if I ever need anything

You web site needs a lot of upgrades. Not very user friendly.

This location is excellent and always treats me and the other customers that I see with respect and kindness. On another note, why is there a uhaul app that the employees need to use to take pictures of drivers licenses at the counter and also take pictures of the hitch/safety chain set up while I know full well my vehicles plate is in the picture also? If I would have know this to be the case, I would not have rented with uhaul. In today’s age with everything being so technological, this made me very uncomfortable. The employee uses a normal-looking smart phone which I would assume is supplied and maintained by uhaul, but I don’t know that for sure. I was very disappointed with this.

Took two payments out of my account for the rental. And two different amounts. I’m not happy about it

Went through all the online check in/validation to save time, but still have to repeat it at the checkout when picking up the trailer. Makes no sense.
