JESUS GTrailer blew a tire 4 hours into our trip. I was then left on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting for assistance. Not necessarily the fault of the pick up location but was a real PITA and dangerous.
Jason MThe customer service at that location is wonderful the guys are always friendly and quick and answer all my questions. My card was put on hold for an estimated $90 based on the mileage I was assuming to drive.... even though my final fee was much lower and it is finished being processed the $90 is still being held in my account looks like it's going to go overnight and that's kind of annoying that the U-Haul system does that!

SCOTT MThere was something wrong with the gas tank and it overflowed wasting many many gallons of very expensive gas. We were pulled over by the CHP because no one told us we were required to stop at truck weigh stations. Cargo bay leaks even though we had only very light rain, getting our things wet. We were not told that the extra days we added in case we needed them were not refundable (we turned the truck in 2 days early) and we had to pay an additional charge to drop the truck off at our storage unit, even though when we rented it, Jon didn't know where we had to drop it off.

Peter MDon't charge for gas not used. The next time I rented this combo filled it and photoed the dash. Still got hit for $35 the first time. Feels bad

Steve SI dropped off the truck a day early at the place that I thought was the correct location. The shop was closing but the person working said they’d check it in for me. Turns out I was supposed to take it down the road a bit further to a different location and it wasn’t checked in until 4 days after it was due. $160 in late fees later, the transaction was finally concluded. Thanks Uhaul!

Richard LJon is the best, I would tell everyone in town to go there, mainly for him, there's another U-Haul in town, but Jon is the one I would go back to, and we'll go back to. I don't see any improvement that he needs,,lol friendly personable, very helpful and professional, and I noticed how quick he got customers in and out all seem very satisfied and happy with him, great person
