I rated this a three star because of the little issues that came up with working through the pick up process on the app during off hours. Had the office been open when I picked the truck up I may feel different. In addition, the vehicle had not been topped off with gas because it took over 6 gallons and I had only driven 45 miles so that irked me a little. The location was nice because it was easy to pull out and pull in without lots of traffic around. The staff was nice, but could have been a little better informed. Overall, I would utilize this location again since I have been through everything once before.

Sam MEasy pickup and turn in process
MIGUEL CWe were not sure of the location as a Uhaul lot as it was at a car lot. We did see the Uhaul sign and a couple trailers. We dropped off the trailer since the office was closed. I used the app to do the check in. Followed all the sets and took pics. Very easy.
Scott SReservation was cancelled after we already picked up the equipment and contract was never submitted after we left resulting in a very long drop off process half way across the country.
