No help hooking up trailer to my truck, the worker walked away, I hooked up myself and the trailer did not have the pig tail for lights. I went to another trailer and took the pig trail so I could have lights. The wires on the trailer worked but had many splices that were poor workmenship. The splices were at the hooking up point and rear of the trailer. All worked well but I was hauling an expensive car and was did not like the condition of this trailer. I never did get any paperwork just a text and email, never signed anything.

Helen PI rated this a three star because of the little issues that came up with working through the pick up process on the app during off hours. Had the office been open when I picked the truck up I may feel different. In addition, the vehicle had not been topped off with gas because it took over 6 gallons and I had only driven 45 miles so that irked me a little. The location was nice because it was easy to pull out and pull in without lots of traffic around. The staff was nice, but could have been a little better informed. Overall, I would utilize this location again since I have been through everything once before.
