KATHERINE MI updated the App. I have updated my address several times and it doesn't recognize that. While trying to check in on the app, I had to answer the same questions repeatedly. I gave up. Not using the App is so much faster.

Peggy BThey have do not enter signage near their back lot. I was un hooking the trailer from my truck and the person yelled to not drop the trailer off in the front of the building. So I had to hook it back up. They told me to put it in the back lot. Like I should have known better. Im not from this state 1st time on the property so I followed the sign and was not going to enter in the back. How was I to know what was back there. The gentleman did back the trailer up with my truck where he wanted it. Also informed me I had the wrong trailer.

ROBERT ROnly issue was that I was unable to take a photo of my license to upload for rental. When I got to U-Haul I was told the problem was that I have an iPhone and need to use safari which I don’t and couldn’t figure out how to turn it on as default so it would be selected when U-Haul website accessed my camera. Shouldn’t be that hard to make it work with other browsers. Or allow me to upload a picture that I take myself. U-Haul dealer representative ended up taking a picture of my license with his phone.

DEANNA BI don’t want anything negative to come back on the local people who run this facility because none of the issues I had were related to them. My issues were entirely with uhaul and the app. Firstly I was unable to continue with my rental when I got there because there was an outstanding issue apparently and I had to call uhaul and then wait a ridiculously long amount of time to speak with someone - only to find out that there was actually no outstanding issue, and it was then cleared. The picture taking didn’t work. I took detailed pictures probably 5 times only to get the same error message every time that that “at least one photo must be uploaded”. finally, one photo uploaded and I was able to move forward. By the time I actually drove off with the truck, it had taken 2 hours for the whole process.
