Staff was great! Helped me find the equipment I needed after the online equipment rental system had it messed up. What UHaul should be reviewing is how its system allows for a reservation to be made, then changes it to a different pickup location in a different city, that then doesn’t have the equipment you requested. I ended up instead of getting to do the one way trailer rental I requested having to haul an empty trailer home for a round trip.
