The business listed store hours and did not even attempt to open. I called the owner and was told to call the toll free number for help in checking out our truck rental. After calling the person was polite and understanding however it took about 45 min. to complete the rental.

DAVE RTried to drop off a day early. 1:30 in the afternoon was closed till 2:30. No credit for return early as you would with a car rental Then I was charged a $6 cleaning fee!!! Why is this Didn’t even open 2 of the blanket bags
