This is a new owner and the new owners are COMPLETELY renovating the building. They are under construction, but we’re very friendly and helpful. She seems to have a great understanding of U-Haul rentals and the return was smooth. I am positive that this location and the service provided with be fantastic as the ‘dust settles!’

I was not informed there would be an after-hours service fee. There was literally no service provided. I'm very disappointed.

thomas nI think this probably a UHaul policy and not a dealer policy since the form asks you to record the fuel level, but it's annoying to start with a random fraction of a tank. I have no idea how much fuel to put in for my trip so that I am not stopping every hour to top off. In my opinion, you should always send it out with a full tank so that customers are ready to hit the road and easily know how much fuel to put back in it when returning- you simply top it off. I wound up returning the van with way more fuel than I was initially given. I don't think this is right.

With a blowout probably because the one tire was doing all the hauling due to under inflated tandom tire. Even though I asked if proper inflation of tires and fluid levels were done twice.

Loren MOctane Arcade is in the process of doing a much needed renovation to their site. They just got the franchise a couple days ago, so the inside was a bit disheveled. Service was good, people were friendly. Destiny was very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend.
