The employee charged me a drop off fee that was never discussed at pick-up. She was not friendly and her response was "take it up with the pick up location. I do not plan to do business at this Gunnison location again after two difficult encounters. Event though I live in Gunnison, I will have to travel to Montrose to pick-up and return trailers. Very unfortunate. This person needs customer service improvement and could definitely be more grateful for the business. It juts seems like her customers are a problem and she's not willing to be helpful.
