This location was fine, but I had issues with the original pickup location. I was supposed to pick up a 15 foot truck at Paradise in Valdosta, GA (607 Baytree Rd). When I got there, they did not have my reserved 15 foot truck. They didn't have any trucks at all. What exactly did I reserve? When I made the reservation, the uhaul website said my equipment (the 15 foot truck) was available at this location. This threw a major wrench in my plans. The staff at the Paradise location (which is inside a smoke shop) were very unhelpful, just telling me to call uhaul and they'd figure it out. I had to go to another town to pick up the only available truck in the area, a 26 foot truck. This made moving more difficult and negatively impacted my experience. Again, nothing wrong with the alternate pickup location, but the only reason I had to use the alternate location was becasue of a major screw up on the part of the original pickup location.

TIFFANY BNone of my dollies or blankets were in the vehicle. Also moved my location to a town 30 miles away at last minute when my original location still had my rental less than a mile from my location do better this is the second time this has happened I guess I will rent from Penske next time.
