No one was there when we arrived. The online check in process was NOT communicated by the rental location prior. My rental location was also switched after the reservation was made. One I went through the online check in, I was told to “see the front desk associate” for key. There wasn’t one there. Doors were locked and we had to wait for the guy to arrive. He then handed me keys and didn’t provide any further information on what needed to be done (photos of vehicle, return, gas, etc.) Just overall not a lot of communication. He also just answered the phone with no recognition that he was associated with Uhaul so it was unclear if we were even calling the right place. Will not recommend this location or return to rent from here in the future.
