How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was no one at the location when we arrived to pick up the truck. When we got in touch with them, they didn't have the size truck we reserved, so we had to take a smaller truck which made the job that much harder. They also did not have the furniture pads we ordered, which also made the job harder. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Douglas PI reserved and paid for a dozen moving blankets and there were zero in the truck when I picked it up.
