Horrible unprofessional service.I spent more than a hour after arriving just trying to get the keys. The employee not once tried to help only sat in a chair directing to a lock box that didn’t have keys in it!!

My truck was ready for pickup and the interior was clean. However, it was missing the appliance dolly I requested and paid for and I had to travel to a store to get one. Also, there was only 1/8 of a tank of gas in the tank, which meant I had to find a gas station pretty much immediately before I even returned home to load it for the move.
JOSEPH HThe truck had some damage on the lip of the cargo area that makes the door difficult to pull all the way shut and latch. The truck was clean, but old with high mileage and some flaws. I don't consider this the fault of the location, Uhaul should have better standards for their vehicles or lower prices accordingly if they're renting someone a truck that is a piece of crap.
James SThe guy I spoke with just said drop the key in the box. If I would have known I was in the wrong location I would have pushed him more to figure out what was wrong.
