Renter needs to explained that there is no refund on rentals if you haul from their location to Dallas u haul says this will take 3 days but if you return within 24 hours there is no refund of money we were lied to about thatMark H.

Everything was excellent... to the friendly sales lady and renting the 20' truck to returning it later the same day..... I would like to see this uhaul place to have uhaul pick up truck for rent as well.. I need to rent that kinda truck every now and then and have to drive to 40 minutes to nearest uhaul place that has a pick up for rent to get when this place is 10 minutes away from my house.. just a suggestion. :) thank youEloy V.
I reserved 24 blankets..... location only had 2 blankets, while I was only charge for 2, this is unacceptable. When you have items reserved 2 weeks in advance, they should be there when you come to pick them up.Randall M.

Set up the rental on line. When I got to OG's to pick up trailer the lady I talked with was very nice and personable. I had a question on return since they would be closed on Sunday. She let me know what I needed to do and took care of everything.J M.
Pick up the trailer on the 28th they started charging me on the 25th so I had to pay over charge fees not very happy about the situation I made my reservation and paid for it on the 25th picked up the trailer on the 28thGARY F.

I would have given this location an Excellent rating except the "drop Box" for the U Haul Key was not marked so I left the key in the box on the building marked office. Also, I tried to call the business to confirm that they got the key and the phone was not answered and the mailbox for a voice message was full.Cathy G.

Pick up was scheduled for 11am, didn't get the truck until almost 12. Then the truck was filthy. Trash, leaves, dirt and mud covered the back. Pieces of the truck were actually in the back. I didn't even have a chance to check it over because I was rushed out of the location. The truck itself had a check engine light, the A/C cut in and out, the steering was the worst I've seen of any vehicle and the brakes hardly worked. Also the trucker leaked ALOT in a small rain. It ruined my $1200 PC that was in a box underneath clothes, which shows how much water leaked. Not to mention my clothes getting moldy and other various electronics and not getting wet. I've rented many Uhauls in the past but after this experience I will be going to Budget for my next rental. Awful, awful experience.Camron B.
They didn't have the knowledge of how to hook up an auto transport and took them over an 1.5 just for me to sign, get hooked up and going down the road. Customers were pulling in and they were showing them priority over myself.Evelynn M.

The inside of the truck cab was covered with dog hair. The equipment I had asked for was not available (hand truck and blankets). The truck was on empty and said "21 miles til empty" when I started the journey. I was not offered any kind of consolation for vacuuming out the truck or returning it with an 1/8 of a tank of gas. young lady at location was very nice but it was obvious that the people in charge were not doing anything to help her be a successful employee.Rod H.

There was no one at the business when I dropped off the truck. (Memorial Day) It was difficult get the truck into their lot as it is a narrow gate way and a bad angle. Since there was no clearly marked key return box, I left the keys in the mailbox.richard H.

Never could find anyone at the location during business hours. Returned trailer the day after we rented it. No one was at location so we called the number on our paperwork and talked to the guy who told us where to drop the trailer and he would take care of it. So we did. 2 days later we get a call saying we had not returned it but we had! 3 more days later we get an email saying we hadn't returned it. Left messages at OGs and never got a call back. Finally went up there and took pictures of trailer sitting there and called another number for someone to take care of it. I would never use Og's Again!Jeb O.
First I had requested to pick up a 26' truck closer to my location in Angleton. Uhaul emailed me with a Pearland location to pick up. I called and told them I wasn't going all the way to Pearland to pick up this truck. So they found this location and offered me a 20' truck with a 6x12' trailer attached. Showed up to pick up my Uhaul to a small used auto sales location. It was dirty, dusty, HOT, and a little "hole in the wall" house. Was scheduled to pick up my truck and trailer at 10 am. Was still waiting there to take it after 11am. Apparently the entire system was down nationwide. So I told the guy to just call me when it was ready to pick up since we were in the middle of the move. 1230 pm he calls me to tell me that it is ready. I show up to pick it up at 1pm. (A whole 3 hours after my designated reservation time). Its parked in the mud so I couldn't get a good inspection of it before I left. Once I got the truck and trailer home, I was trying to get the trailer unhooked so that I could get the truck loaded and we tried calling the guy twice. He wouldn't answer. But sent a text back saying "Can I call you later" I texted back saying "I just need to know how to unhook this trailer from the truck" Never received a call back.Brandy B.

This business needs to be open on time when people are scheduled to pick up U-Haul. I waited for over 45 minutes for the business to open up along with 3 other clients. One of them left mad. I called 3 different numbers but could not reach anyone . My wife finally got in touch with the manager and he said he would have someone there in 30 to 45 minutes. I had already connected the U-Haul trailer in the mean time. I found a number for one of U-Haul's managers and he set up my account again over the phone and told me to go ahead with the trailer since I had done all off the work..elaine D.

I was charged 44.95 over my agreement for fuel when I made sure I put in above what the truck had when I picked it up. This is so wrong. I submitted a not in agreement statement when that came up, was told I would be contacted by someone from UHaul and never was.JACQELENE K.
The van I requested was not available at this location and the rental cost me more money than I was told the rental would cost. It was more per day and more per mile and I had wasted space in the vehicle making damage to the things I was moving more likely.corbin G.

I honestly cannot say one way or the other on this location. When I called uhaul, they told me they opened at 9am. I arrived at 9:05am. No one was there. When I called the number on the building, he told me they didn't open until 10am. I would have rather returned the uhaul in person.Angela G.
I was sent their to drop it off because they were open. When I arrived they were closed. I called they said they were closed on Sunday. I could have dropped this trailer at 2 other that were closer to my house if I would have know that they were closed. It had been raining but he told me to back it near the other trailers.
