LAURA MTammy was amazing and very helpful. One complaint about the equipment. A trailer that size should have its own trailer brakes. Uhaul equips these with emergency brakes but with the weight of a vehicle on the trailer, the trailer itself needs brakes to aid with normal stopping

buck mUsually very accurate billing. Not this time. Charged for 35 Km, I only put 22 km on the truck, photos @ pick-up and drop-off, and put and extra $10 fuel, past the 3/4 mark. Cheers

Richard PAsked her how many km I should have got with my one way rental, she did tell me 65 but I was only given 40 so had an over charge. Hopefully she returns my call.

murray sit was an open trailer. the previous renter must have been haul broken concrete. he could have done a better job in sweeping out. the remaining debris ... that's it....... otherwise everything was fine. BTW. you have very friendly staff.... many thanks.....
