Did a 7 day rental one way, dropped truck and trailer 2 days early with no acknowlegment or refund and 2 weeks later recieve message that I have outstanding bill wich I paid and now a month later get another message saying I owe more. Tried paying with my credit card , person I was dealing with kept having me repeat my card multiple times and then proceeded to try my card 3 times. manager said that we will have to try again the next day Do Nor Rent from U-Haul

John BEverything went fine with booking and pick up, only concern we had was when we picked the truck up it wasn’t very clean at all. The back of the truck wasn’t swept out and they had a bunch of garbage like pop bottles coffee trays monsters all left in the cab.

brian pShe was not open to questions and provided little to no explanations..I.e. did not tell me I would receive a text message and would need to take photo of the back of the truck. Also, 2 days prior to picking up truck, she called to confirm details and also to let me know she had no moving pads to provide me. That would have been good to know a few days earlier! I called once I got home and she said I was no longer in her system as it was a one way rental so she couldn’t even resend the link. When I called her later she had a screaming baby right beside the phone, making communication impossible. Finally, ten minutes down the road I had to pull over as a piece of moulding around the front wheel well came loose and was obstructing tire. Very frustrating.

David DThe truck is had the engine light was on when I started it and did not go off. Floor wasn't clear but I had no problem with that. When driving the engine was racing at times and would stop then do it again going down hills and up.
PATTY DCargo area of the truck wasn't clean. Had some type of grease and oils spilled in it. To check the truck back in was very confusing after hours. I got over charged by ALOT more then what I was expecting. Will not rent a U-Haul again honestly.

John MCargo compartment should have been cleaner. I had to spend 25 minutes clearing 2" of hard snow and ice from the windshield (i.e., car wasn't ready at pickup time). Windshield wipers need to be replaced.
