I had a guaranteed reservation in Edmond, OK (30 miles away from Del City) but was informed on the day of pickup that no truck was available. The result was an unanticipated long round trip during rush hour coupled with the necessity to completely rearrange and reschedule travel and help in packing. The agent informing me of this change was unapologetic and uncaring with regard to the inconvenience. If UHaul is going to make guaranteed reservations, they should be prepared to, as their answering machine message says, "fulfill their promise." Not in my case...JOHN B.

I did not select this location for a reason. This location has a history with previous customers who have not been satisfied with the customer service experience including the truck and equipment. I tried speaking to customer service to request the Bas Pro location to avoid problems with the rental and was denied. I ended up having problems with the rental and it is like I was simply ignored. To improve my experience, you can refund me the days I did not have the rental. For example, the truck and trailer was used for 24 hours. Since I was forced to deal with a the dealer changing the equipment at the last minute without me knowing, I should be given a discount. They knew the tire could not make that long trip abs seeing that I had insurance on it meant they could let me absorb the cost. Also I should be given a discount because the cabin of the truck had an ashtray full of cigarette butts and the truck was not swept before renting it to me. That location is just a bad service provider and I did not want to rent there because I know they are terrible. I could not delay having my items delivered so I had not choice.ROBERT B.
The confirmation email told me to go to one spot to pick up the truck when I got there they told me they couldn't rent it to me and then I had to drive to the nearest town to rent it really aggravating especially when they charge you for miles I think it was like an extra 40 miles just to go pick it up from the nearest town next time I'll just ask somebody with the trucks to help me but the people the lady that helped me and the man that helped me were really polite thoughMario V.

This location was extremely run down with horrible service. The owner, Seung Kim was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my father and lied several times to us about the conditions of the contract. I would recommend any U-Haul in the entire world, OTHER THAN THIS ONE. Never going to Del City again. Ever. 0/5 starsAUSTIN A.

A mistake was made when placing the reservation on quantity of trucks needed. Instead of the manager helping and providing quality customer service, he texted the customer a very rude and inappropriate response. We pick up moving trucks monthly and he should have been more understanding and not so hasty to be upset for having to fix a small mishap.RENARD R.

Asian man wouldn't use our reservation. He had to do it. Sent text telling me to walk truck and take pictures. I did. Left front yellow light under head light was hanging out. Sent pic. Gas should have been 1/2 but wasn't. Took pic of that & Sent in. When we returned truck I'm not sure what was wrong with attendant. Eyes very red and glassy appeared drunk. He wouldn't talk to us at all and kept looking at phone. Then he tried to pin that left front light on me. Demanding who was other person in accident. Thank God I had pictures to prove light and gas gage. He was going to make us fix light. WELL, TRY to made us. Which says truck wasn't inspected by previous renter upon return. Seriously think the ole boy had been hitting the ripple. I wanted this on paper so he wouldn't come back on us. Maybe he does light for everyone and tries to get money?Pamela L.

The equipment is in terrible shape. It was very dangerous to drive on the freeway. I couldn't go faster than 50 mph because it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. It was weird that I was told I needed to keep my receipt if I got gas from another location. We rent from uhaul quite a bit and that has never come up - kind of unusual.JENNIFER G.

The pick up place was fine and the man was polite. We did not care for how long it took to pick up the van with our smartphone taking all the pictures and proving who we were when we still had to go inside the store to get and to return the key.
