This was not the location of the original reservation as UHAUL called the day before to let me know that the location I reserved with would not have the truck I needed and the closest was 30 minutes away. I had to drive 30 minutes, wait 30 minutes to check in and get the UHAUL and drive 30 minutes back to where we were moving from. This was not clear at time of reservation that a truck may not be available at the location I reserved from.
