The truck barely ran and there were all types of hidden charges! My 19.99 truck cost me over400 dollars in a 24 hour period. I knew about the mileage charge but the others were not discussed.

Main manager was not there two different days. Only his helper that had little experience. Unprofessional!
dalton pNot as bad as the pick up location, was not open do to it being Sunday. But like I said will never use U-haul again. Reservation was changed with no notice and charge extra for miles when I picked the to closest locations to pick up and drop off. Truck smelled nasty, ran rough, and had no breaks. Do not recommend use another truck rental company save yourself the head ache.

April MWhy do I have to drive past 12 other Uhaul locations to drop off at a location on the edge of a blind highway in nowhere or I have to pay a fee? It’s entrapment to pick a drop off location and every time Uhaul changes it to another location that costs me more gas and mileage. It’s a dirty trick.
Richard SMy problem is with phone pick up. I didn't know if I should do it on the app, web site, or what. Took me an hour to realize I was supposed to click on the order number in the email. There was another person there also who couldn't figure out what to do until I told them. Clearer instructions!
Cheryl MTruck was not clean. App failed at least 7 times between pick-up and drop-off. Wasn’t even able to fully check out because the app kept failing. No idea how I was charged so much. Will never use this U-Haul again. Never could reach a human being. Terrible way to run a business.

Darrell BABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THE TRUCK WAS NOT SET UP FOR MOBILE PICKUP AND NO ONE COULD GET AHOLD OF THE RENTAL PLACE SO WE ENDED UP WITH A TRUCK 11 FEET TOO SMALL. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Charles SMy problem isn't so much with the location. My problem was the website was telling me that a vehicle had not been assigned to me. So, I ended up having to wait over an hour to get my vehicle. A gentleman had to drive from a different location to help me get the vehicle. The electronic pick up ended up being very inconvenient and put me behind schedule. Not sure I would ever rent a vehicle from a location where a person is not available for assistance.
Mike SU-Haul should provision a credit for leaving fuel in the truck, as I filled the truck nearly full only to find out that I essentially lost $50 of gas in what I didn't use. I could have filled my car from empty with that. This is a U-Haul policy and is unrelated to this specific location.

WESLEY TMake pick up easier, we were in a hurry to pickup the truck so we could get started moving ASAP because we had a ton of stuff to move but it took us 40 minutes to check in and upon returning the truck I was wore out and pressed for time so I just dropped the keys in the drop box
Vera WWe originally had a reservation time and truck at another location, when we arrived the rental truck wasn't available, it was also past the agreed time, when I called customer service they sent me to another location that did have the truck available, overall the experience was handled, but at the first location and time not being met with a reservation in place with no email warning to let me know and wasting my gas going to two locations I feel it was unprofessionally handled by not being reimbursed for my time and gas money
Brandon BThe only issue I had was they said the fuel and was on full and I needed to returned that way, but when I got in the truck to leave it was only 3/4 full. When I went to the web site to do the survey before you left it wouldn’t up load the photo to prove it was 3/4 instead of full. Other than that they were great!

Jayme BMy original reservation was 262777565. It was for a 15' truck to be picked up at 8am on 8/6/22 at O'Bryan equipment in Bardstown. i arrived and there was no truck for me. They sent me to the Etown location to pick up a 26' truck. Thanks for the additional time and gas wasted driving to Etown.
Kenneth CNo one was on site on Sunday morning/afternoon. Call their phone number on contract, left message, put key in box, left truck locked. They call me back as we prepared to leave.
