The pickup location was great it was the pick up experience that was not good. The app didn’t let me pick up the truck. I had to have assistance from the owner of the place I picked it up from and he had to my understanding re-reserve the uhaul for me.

Tyler JI did an online reservation, when I went there there was no one there. I called several phone numbers but never reached anyone not even a voice mail. I then sent a text to a number and got a reply 30 - 40 minutes later. The person showed up about 45 minutes later. All in all over 2 hours after the apointment time.
David HVery confusing direction AND instructions on returning truck. Locks for keys are so rusted you can’t hardly open them, the forms to fill in online at pick up and drop off took 20-30 min. Multiple hidden fees and customer service knew nothing productive. Also charged for 2 days even though the receipt clearly states my “billable period” is 1.
